Go To Bed ("the App") is designed with your privacy in mind. We do not collect, store, or transmit any personal data to external servers.
The App does not collect any personal information. All data — including your bedtime schedule, selected apps, streak history, and preferences — is stored locally on your device and is never sent to any server.
The App uses Apple's Family Controls and Screen Time APIs to block apps you select at your chosen bedtime. The App cannot see which specific apps you use or for how long. It only knows which apps you have selected to block, and this information never leaves your device.
The App uses your device's motion sensors (accelerometer) to detect when your phone is placed face-down. This data is processed entirely on-device in real time and is never recorded or stored.
Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. We use RevenueCat to manage subscription status. RevenueCat receives an anonymous app user ID — no personal information is shared. See RevenueCat's Privacy Policy for details.
The App does not use any analytics or tracking tools. No usage data is collected.
The App is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect data from children.
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
