Make sure you've granted Screen Time permission in the app and selected at least one app to block. Try removing and re-adding the apps in Settings.
Place your phone face-down on a flat, stable surface. The motion sensor needs a moment to detect the position. Keep the phone still during the countdown.
Tap the gear icon on the home screen to open Settings, then adjust your bedtime and wake time.
Your streak only breaks if you use all 3 unlock attempts in a single night. Using 1 or 2 unlocks keeps your streak alive.
